SGOD Terms of Use

Sleeping Giant Operations Dashboard (SGOD) is an internal operating tool for Sleeping Giant. These Terms govern authorized use of SGOD.

Authorized use

SGOD is provided for authorized Sleeping Giant business use. The owner is responsible for reviewing information and deciding whether to act on inventory, production, purchasing, cash, or advertising guidance.

Read-only integrations

Where an owner authorizes QuickBooks Online, SGOD uses read-only access to obtain approved accounting information. SGOD does not create, modify, pay, reconcile, or delete QuickBooks transactions. The owner may disconnect a service at any time.

No professional advice or guarantee

SGOD provides operational planning support using available information. Its recommendations are not accounting, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and forecasts can be incomplete or inaccurate. The owner remains responsible for verifying important information before acting.

Availability and changes

SGOD may be changed, paused, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, security, or business operations.

Data and privacy

Use of SGOD is also governed by the SGOD Privacy Policy.
