SGOD Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Sleeping Giant Operations Dashboard (SGOD) is an internal operating tool used by Sleeping Giant. This page explains how SGOD handles information when an authorized owner connects approved business services.

Information SGOD uses

SGOD may receive business information that an authorized owner chooses to connect, including Amazon operational records and QuickBooks Online accounting information such as company details, account balances, open invoices, open bills, and profit-and-loss reports. SGOD also stores operational information entered by the owner, including inventory, production, shipment, and purchasing records.

How information is used

SGOD uses this information only to provide internal operations, inventory, cash-planning, production, and reporting support for Sleeping Giant. SGOD does not sell personal information or use connected accounting data for advertising.

QuickBooks Online access

SGOD uses authorized, read-only QuickBooks Online access. It does not create, edit, pay, reconcile, or delete QuickBooks transactions. An owner can disconnect SGOD’s QuickBooks access through QuickBooks or by contacting us.

Storage and security

Connected credentials are encrypted in SGOD’s private operating environment. Access is limited to authorized Sleeping Giant personnel. SGOD retains operational records only for legitimate business, audit, and continuity purposes.

Your choices

The owner controls whether to connect a service, may stop using SGOD, and may revoke connected-service access at any time.
